I hired one of the Kia cars as an extra vehicle for our daughters wedding for picking up guests etc. The booking was so easy, none of the "If's and buts" found so often with bigger companies. Then three weeks prior to the wedding I had to have emergency surgery, the Hometown guys could not have been more helpful rearranging the rental so my son could drive with no hassle, no "extra" fees, just total professionalism.
